Brief chronology of dinner

Clearly, I need to work with the light and adjust the exposure / color temperature of these pictures. Bear with me as I learn photography and pizza-making at the same time..
Not too bad. I was experimenting with very, very thin crust again this evening. I don’t think hand-throwing the pizza will achieve the same consistency and texture that rolling/sheeting conveys to the crust. I’ve got a friend who’s all about the standard “thin crust” pizza–but my recipe and prep method lend themselves to slightly thicker crust a whole lot more.
Nevertheless, a fine tasting pizza, if a bit overdone.
